Class Description: This is the Pediatric Advanced Life Support class aimed at providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children.

A current 2020 PALS Student Manual is a requirement for this course and needed to complete pre-course work. Successful completion of the online pre-test (80% or better) is REQUIRED before attending this course. Instructions for how to access the pre-test will be emailed to students. You MUST bring the completed print-out to class along with a current CPR card.

The goal of the PALS course is to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children.

AHA ACLS is for health care providers who either direct or participate in the resuscitation of a critical patient.

Class Description: Pediatric Education for Prehospital Providers is aimed at all license levels and will enhance skills for general assessment and treatment of all pediatric patients. This course uses the recently released, 4th edition of the PEPP textbook.

This is a Hybrid Course, utilizing an online component that students must compete prior to coming to class. Access codes will be sent to students once payment is received.

Comments: This is a Hybrid Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support course. Students will be required to complete the online didactic modules before attending the classroom session. The online access code will be sent with the textbook.

Class Description: PHTLS covers the pathophysiology of traumatic injuries as well as the assessment of the trauma patient. This class is designed to integrate both BLS and ALS providers.
